Scammell R100 Heavy Tractor
This extensive 1/35th scale model by Rob Tearle & Brian Fawcett comes complete with full interior, chassis, engine and transmission. Included is the shell hoist, 7.2” shells and boxes. The etched brass detail set includes windscreen frames, mirrors and other fine details. An extra set of stowage items is also included.
Full comprehensive decals are also provided featuring Royal Artillery Heavy regiments for the Western desert, N.W.Europe etc, along with all other vehicle registrations, Air I/D markings, load plates etc.The ideal load is the British 7.2” Howitzer (available from us as G05).
Each 7.2” howitzer was usually serviced by 2 R100 vehicles, one acting as a towing vehicle, with a second acting as an ammunition and supplies vehicle, sometimes with a G.S. trailer in tow.
